We’re harvesting our carrots to make room for more beans, peppers, okra, New Zealand spinach, and squash.
Last year we stopped eating salads in June after all of our lettuce, spinach, and kale bolted. This year we planted New Zealand spinach so we’d have salad greens in the summer. Here’s an update on how they’re doing! (Mary also decided she wanted to try planting one…)
