“How to Start Growing Food” Presentation
Dale will be demonstrating the app and sharing his story about how gardening helped him with anxiety and depression each day on the Workshop Stage on the South end of the Centennial!
Friday: 6 pm-7 pm
Saturday: 4 pm-5 pm
Sunday: 1 pm-2 pm
10 Herbs You Should Be Growing & How to Grow Them! (with Bill Farris from Prairie Wind Nursery)
There will also be free classes 2 times per day with Bill Farris, owner of Prairie Wind Nursery, discussing how to grow 10 different herbs and how you can use them in the kitchen or around the home! Class participants will also be able to take home their own choice of herb plant!
Friday workshops: 1PM-3PM (Make It, Take It space), 3PM-4PM (greenhouse inside Centennial building)
Saturday workshops: 12PM-1PM (greenhouse inside Centennial building) & 1PM-2PM (greenhouse inside Centennial building)
Sunday workshops: 11AM-12PM (greenhouse inside Centennial building) & 2PM-3PM (greenhouse inside Centennial building)
