- 2 summer squash yellow or zucchini
- 2 Tbsp butter
- sage leaves chopped
- salt & pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat oven to broil 500F
- Chop squash into bite sized pieces
- Melt butter on cast iron skillet on medium/high
- Add squash to cast iron skillet and saute for a few minutes
- Add sage and desired salt & pepper
- Place skillet in oven to roast
- Check on squash every 5 minutes and stirring until ready (should be done within 10 minutes depending on amount and size of bites)
