Ingredients
2
summer squash
yellow or zucchini
2
Tbsp
butter
sage leaves
chopped
salt & pepper
to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to broil 500F
Chop squash into bite sized pieces
Melt butter on cast iron skillet on medium/high
Add squash to cast iron skillet and saute for a few minutes
Add sage and desired salt & pepper
Place skillet in oven to roast
Check on squash every 5 minutes and stirring until ready (should be done within 10 minutes depending on amount and size of bites)
